2 Week Letting Fee
We offer a letting fee to our landlords of just 2 weeks fee when we have successfully rented out your property. Please note that our fees are based on a 4 week calendar month. All fees are subject to VAT at the standard rate of 17.5%
You don’t sign any agency agreement until we have found you fully referenced tenants who you are happy with.
We do NOT charge any ongoing fees or tenancy fees to our landlords.

1% Sales Fee
Acre Estates offer a sales service at just 1% + VAT
If Acre Estates successfully sells or lets a property recommended by yourselves we will give you a cheque for £100. The cheque will be sent out on the completion or let of your referred clients house/flat. Although you may not recommend yourself.
